Ordering

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of order confirmation, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

What payment methods can be used to purchase a NeatWalk?

We accept multiple payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and online payment services like PayPal.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Do you offer returns for the NeatWalk?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact our customer service team within 30 days to initiate a return. The product must be in new, unused condition.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location. Generally, domestic (U.S.) deliveries take 3-7 business days. You can track the shipment using the tracking number provided.

Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can contact our customer service team to update the shipping address. Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.
